Introduction

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your participation in the ITCONVERT Ltd. Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Program Overview

The Program allows approved affiliates (“Affiliates”) to promote and market ITCONVERT Ltd. products and services through Affiliates’ website, social media, and other marketing channels, in exchange for a commission on any resulting sales.

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid website or social media account.
• Agree to and comply with these Terms.

Commission

Affiliates shall be entitled to receive a commission on all sales of ITCONVERT Ltd. products or services that result from Affiliates’ efforts under this Program. The commission will be determined and agreed upon by both parties before the start of the affiliate program.

Payment

ITCONVERT Ltd. shall pay Affiliates’ commission within 30 days after the end of each calendar month in which the sales occur.

Promotional Materials

ITCONVERT Ltd. may provide Affiliates with promotional materials, such as banners and links, to use in promoting ITCONVERT Ltd. products and services. If provided, Affiliates shall use these materials and shall not modify them in any way.

Restrictions

Affiliates shall not:

• Make any false or misleading statements about ITCONVERT Ltd. or Nicolas brand, products or services.
• Use any illegal or unethical means to promote ITCONVERT Ltd. products or services.
• Violate any laws, rules, or regulations that are applicable to Affiliates’ performance under this Program.

Term and Termination

These Terms shall be effective as of the date you agree to them and shall continue in effect until terminated by either party. ITCONVERT Ltd. may terminate these Terms at any time upon written notice to the Affiliate.

Limitation of Liability

ITCONVERT Ltd. shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the Affiliates’ participation in the Program or the use of any ITCONVERT Ltd. products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, of the parties.
